Just coming off a weeks-long illness herself, Amy has emerged as even more of a superwoman than ever. I’ve been really sick this week and so pretty much everything has fallen to her – taking care of the kids, making dinner, school lunches, the madness that is Declan and Elsie when they’re in the zone…
If you could’ve seen her, you’d be smiling and shaking your head in disbelief. She summoned the strength and patience and fun to keep the place rolling – and doing so with a smile in her voice to make the kids think everything was normal and have a great time.
And next week will be round two, as I’m out of town Monday through Friday. Everyone send positive vibes her way next week – and if you’re close, stop by and lend a hand!
